Nowadays, in my country the fraud has been booming with the credit and debit cards. Luckily I have never been a victim of a fraud. But my grandfather was a victim of a fraud. A few weeks ago in a restaurant he try to paid with his debit card and he couldn't because it didn't have enough founds. When he went to the agency realized that his debit card had been cloned and the agency immediately put a fraud alert on his card and promised to return the money as soon as they can. My grandfather is still waiting for his money but at least the bank is alert of the fraud.Sunday, 27 May 2012

WOW~! I have heard about people "cloning" credit or debit cards with some specialized devide. I wonder how we can protect ourselves from this?

ReplyDeleteI don't know how can we protect ourselves from this kinds of thefts but we definitely need to report these crimes to the banks so they can improve their security services.
